Payment
Please see our Fees page for specific fees for services. For all self-pay patients, a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges is available per the No Surprises Act. If you need a new copy of this at any time, please contact the office.

For all appointments, the full appointment feel will be charged to the card on file 24 hours prior to the appointment.
Therapist collaboration
Evergreen psychiatry believes in a strong collaborative environment for psychiatric care. If a patient is working with a therapist, Dr. Fehrmann is happy to speak with them for treatment purposes.
Telehealth
At this time, all appointments are held via HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform integrated within the Electronic Health Record for privacy and confidentiality. All patients must be within the state of Maryland at the time of visit
Cancellations and no shows
It is asked that patients provide at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations. If someone cancels after the 48 hour window or no-shows to the appointment without notice, a no-show feel will be charged.
Late Arrivals
In the case of late arrivals, a full appointment fee will be levied. The appointment will last for the remainder of the scheduled visit.
Communication between visits
Between visit messages are best managed through the secure patient portal, which can be used to communicate questions, request refills, and manage appointment scheduling.
