Fees
Fees for each service are as listed below and will vary based on provider seen.
At this time, services are provided via telehealth. If you are interested in in-person visits, please discuss with Dr. Fehrmann
New patient intake visit

Child intake (under 18yo): $500 for 90 minute intake

Adult intake: $400 for 60 minute session
Follow-up visit/ Patients known to Dr. Fehrmann

25 minute session: $225​

50 minute session with medication management and extended psychotherapy (limited availability) $375
One time consultation

One time consultation with Dr. Fehrmann for those patients seeking a second opinion for diagnosis and/ or treatment

Copies of medical records must be provided in advance of the appointment

90 minute visit: $650
Payment
Evergreen Psychiatry does not accept or participate in any insurance plans and is considered an "out of network" provider for all plans.
You are responsible for payment for all services at the time of appointment.
Payment is accepted in the form of credit card. A credit card is required to be kept on file via our secure Electronic Medical Record.

Evergreen Psychiatry cannot see any patients who have Medicare insurance as either primary or secondary insurance due to federal regulations.

Reimbursement
We can provide you with a Super-bill at your request should you wish to request for out of network reimbursement through your insurance company. Reimbursement rates will vary based on insurance.
We can provide the most commonly used CPT billing codes and tax ID as well to inquire through your insurance company about the potential for reimbursement for out of network services.
